We offer a range of programs, from one-day workshops to year-long training and ongoing support and mentorship. All of our programs centre around women gathering in circle, a safe, sacred space in which we are heard, held and healed. We meditate, drum, sing, dance, share our stories and take part in creative practices and rituals, that aid us in our growth and transformation.
